There always seems to be something broken or unavailable at this restaurant. If you place an order through the app and they don’t have what you wanted, they don’t offer any assistance. They frequently run out of cups, straws, cream, and sugar. Additionally, the latte machine is almost always out of order.
Like they say the coffee is either right on point or tastes like swamp water.... No in between
The restaurant was out of bagels and had no food available, which was very disappointing. I ended up waiting in line for nothing and felt like I wasted both my time and gas. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I visited Dunkin' for a meeting and found it to be clean and quiet. The location on State Street is ideal.
