It took five minutes for anyone to come and serve me, and I initially thought the restaurant was closed. When they finally did come over, their demeanor was not very friendly. View all feedback.
Fast service so you better expect them to be quick short and to the point.
I wish I could give a review individually to staff. The young girl that took my order was very pleasant and kind. Very professional! As she was taking my order there was extremely loud conversations within rest of staff. Too loud that we could barely hear each other. She kept apologizing. Then as I was sitting drinking my coffee and eating all I could hear was arguing and the B word here and there. Won’t be coming inside anymore!
Visited the restaurant because my daughter wanted a beagle. Her beagle was burnt, when I was ordering the person on the drive thru speaker was very rude, I was rushed to order, and the person had given me a horrible attitude. On the receipt her name is Alyssa. When I asked for the manager to tell her how unpleasant my visit was they workers began to make a joke out of the situation and laugh about it. I will not be returning to this location.
Dunkin' on Congress and Dwight Street is a great place to enjoy a coffee and a donut.
Definitely the worst experience. I went to get coffee and specifically asked for 6 creams and 2 sugars. When I got to the window, they gave me 1 cream and 10 sugars. The coffee was very hot and tasted burnt. I asked the girl to make it with 6 creams and 2 sugars as requested, but it still tasted like it had 10 sugars. She gave me attitude, and so did the manager. I will never visit again. The next cup she made was even worse, and I ended up throwing it in the trash. Thanks, Dunkin.
