He... read more I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this restaurant, mainly due to the manager, a larger Spanish woman, who is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Her attitude is unbelievable. I only choose this place because it’s convenient to my workplace. If I had other options, I wouldn’t return. And heaven forbid you ask them to remake or correct a mistake with your drink. Honestly, if I’m spending $5-$6 on a drink, I expect it to be made correctly. Again, I would not come here if I had a choice.

One morning no cappuccino because the machine needed cleaning at 830 am which seems like poor planning. I went to another DD and got some. Next morning the scanner was not working so I couldn't use my DD app. Highly annoying.
