When I opened my order later, it contained ingredients that were not vegan. I called to inquire about the cheese and the same person was unsure. Although polite, the person with whom I spoke neither understood vegan nor my explanation, which means in certain understood (no cheese, no other milk, no meat, no animal products, etc.) net result: I opened my order later and it had been in it. I called to ask if it was a vegan cheese. the same person answered and was not sure. Finally, this person went to read the ingredients and among the first in the list is milk cultures that was enough for me to thank the person for the review and termination of the call. first, last experience there
