I arrived at 6 o'clock, and nothing was ready. How can they be open for an hour with no food prepared? The staff member was also quite rude.
I waited for 10 minutes at the counter, but no one attended to me, so I ended up leaving.
Niki one of the workers was very kind and sweet! She made sure that I had a nice experience during my visit! Super awesome!!
I must say I am really disappointed all the way around. I had never been to a Cinnabon before. It was old. You could tell it had sat there all day. Barely even luke warm. The guy that waited on us looked like he was as lost as we were and was not helpful at all. Almost rude like we interrupted him. I spent $20 bucks there and wish I had gone to get donuts because it would have been fresher.
