This place was unclean, with a dirty rug and no soap in the women's bathroom. It's concerning how the employees are washing their hands. Definitely not acceptable.
Chuck E. Cheese is a place where you can have fun if your expectations are low. My son always has a great time there, which is why we keep coming back. However, the staff, especially the girls working there, often have a very poor attitude. Many seem annoyed when you ask questions and respond with eye rolls or sighs instead of a simple yes or no. It’s disappointing, but I try not to let it ruin my toddler’s experience. One major downside is the cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. From the moment you enter, there’s a noticeable amount of mess, which made me very uncomfortable. I ended up picking a stall with the least amount of mess, but it was still unpleasant. As for the menu, I can’t really comment on the food since I wouldn’t want to eat there given the unwelcoming staff attitude. I just assume the food quality matches the overall vibe. If you’re going to Chuck E. Cheese, focus on the games and activities, try to avoid the bathroom and food areas, and you can still have a good time!
Springfield was a lovely location to visit! I know quite a few of the cast members already, and got to see the store's animatronic!! This was actually the very first Studio C animatronic I've seen in person and Anthony, their tech, let me on thestage to get a picture with him!!
Took my son on a week day it was empty just us but we had a ball. 6/17/22 Took my son here for his pre-k graduation we had a ball. 8/24/22 the whole team is wonderful here. 5 stars all day long
