When I finally received my order and got home, I discovered that my curly fries were missing. Despite being a loyal customer for six years and having visited over 200 times, this negative experience has made me decide not to come back. The customer service was quite poor, and I would like to speak with a district manager or get in touch with the company's office to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received.
My wait for food at this Arby's was typical of every other visit I've had—long. If you're in a rush, it's best to skip the drive-thru here. The curly fries I ordered were the absolute worst I've ever had anywhere; they were small and had an oddly chewy yet crunchy texture. Not appealing at all. I ended up eating them anyway because I was starving. Considering how long I waited, they could have easily prepared a fresh batch of fries. If they were out of the regular ones, they should have informed me when I placed my order, so I could have chosen a different side. I ordered the regular-sized French dip combo, and the only standout part of my experience was that my drink had very little ice, just as I requested. That was a nice touch, as most places either don't understand what "light ice" means or simply don't bother to accommodate.
The food was freshly made, and the drive-thru attendant took my order correctly. I appreciate it!
Just got done eating here. The three of us were super disappointed. My beef n cheddar bun was hard as a rock on the bottom and tasted awful, the fries were also hard as a rock and terrible. My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was a joke,one little tender on the bun and his fries were rock hard too. We also had to wait quite a while to even get our food, I wouldunderstand the wait if the food would have been fresh but it absolutely wasn't. When you pay $28 for dinner, it should be worthit! Never eating here again.
I don't often stop at Arby's. Tried the Market Fresh sandwich and curly fries. Wasn't disappointed at all. Twas a good meal in a clean and modern restaurant.
