I give four stars to the sole employee who managed the entire busy rush on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Even with six people waiting in line, he skillfully juggled tasks in the kitchen, processed an online order, and then returned to the register.
I called when other local stores were closed looking for toothache medicine. The manager, Christina, took the time to locate the item and set it aside at the register for me. This is truly exceptional customer service!
Overall, this Casey's is just average. The cleanliness could use improvement, and they were out of many drink options and fresh food items. However, they do have a Beer Cave with a good selection of cold beers. The bathrooms definitely need more attention! On a positive note, the staff is friendly and responsive, and getting gas was fairly easy.
Upon visiting the restaurant at 7 AM, I found only one person at the counter handling a line of eight customers. It seemed to be one of the busier times, yet there was barely any breakfast food available.
