Casey's - Springdale
Casey's
Description
This neighborhood Casey’s is a convenient fuel-and-grab spot plagued by inconsistency: busy pumps, long checkout lines often with minimal staffing, and frequent signs saying pizza is unavailable. Patrons praise several employees for quick, hands-on help and emergency assistance, while others report rude or biased service and uneven management. Practical annoyances like empty receipt rolls at pumps add friction. Useful for quick fuel or snacks, but expect variability in stock and service.

There’s always a long line, and there’s only one cashier working every day around 7 AM. We often have to wait up to 15 minutes just to pay. I’ve decided not to visit this store anymore; I’d rather go to the one across the street.
Michael's behavior as an employee is very rude, and I believe he should be let go. I’ve had numerous encounters with him where he has been disrespectful to both my wife and friends. He frequently makes sarcastic comments. Additionally, I’ve observed him flirting with underage girls; even when one of them mentioned their age, he seemed indifferent. Casey's really needs to reconsider his employment there.
Zach at the cashier was outstanding! We ended up having a nice chat until more customers arrived. He’s such a friendly guy and a pleasure to talk to.
This is the second Casey's I've visited and I am very disappointed. There are signs everywhere—at every pump and by the entrance—indicating that they have no pizza available, and it's lunchtime! I'm really fed up with this franchise and am considering going back to my preferred chain. I've even contacted corporate about this issue. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.
