This restaurant has some timing issues. I found it closed or unavailable around 4 to 5 times, but never more than 30 minutes before my reservation. I usually try to avoid arriving late, so it wasn't a huge problem for me. The portions are consistently good, and about 80% of the time, the staff provides excellent customer service. I never received her call. I was really craving a burrito and waited at least 10 minutes. Eventually, I had to leave the line, which made me quite sad.
