What A J L likes about Rico's Grill Spring:
When we first moved to the area we tried them and subsequently avoided them like the plague for years after that. But one day in a hurry we decided to try them again to great surprise. They had been sold to a new owner and the food was wonderful! We've been back many times since then trying different items and every one was consistently very tasty and well-prepared. Stopped in for a couple of beers during happy hour. Not much of a deal. $7 for a jumbo beer which seems to be maybe 20 oz. The bartender didn 't know the size. It 's 4Pm on a Monday and only one couple in the whole place. Not a good sign. Tried the chips and warmed up salsa. Not that great.
