I had the pineapple mango refresher, and it was incredibly delicious! I actually found it to be a bit tastier than the pineapple refresher from Starbucks. Naturally, I had to indulge in some Baskin Robbins ice cream for dessert, as my daughter absolutely loves it! View all feedback.

I usually get my coffee from this place, but I think this will be my last visit. My coffee was incredibly weak, almost transparent, which suggested it was heavily watered down. It seemed like they hadn't changed the coffee filter before brewing a new batch. When I politely asked for a fresh cup, they just handed me the same one again. View all feedback.

This is a dual service location. It is also a Baskin Robins Ice Cream. I went in on 7/8/2023 at 10:30a to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. When I walked in an employee named Chelsea was ranting and raving about another co-worker, openly, to where all dine-in customers were turning around. All while I was waiting to pick up an ice cream cake and have Happy Birthday written on it. I waited patiently behind the counter, when another worker came to check me out, I asked to have Happy Birthday written on it. The worker turned to the ranting Chelsea and she said, NO I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO THAT . What a pathetic attitude of a worker. Never again will I return to this location and will definitely spread the bad experience as much as I can through all social media. I will also reach out to corporate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Plenty other better and more friendlier donut and ice cream shops around Rayford!!!!!!!!
I come here every morning and the whole morning staff is always on top of it! Love them all and mikey is the best(:
I visit this Dunkin' location every Saturday morning and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. My drink is perfect every time, which is impressive given Dunkin's reputation for inconsistency. I look forward to this little treat each week and truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by these attentive and pleasant employees.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. The staff is rude and seems uninterested in both their jobs and providing good customer service. They also forgot to add sugar to all my drinks, so make sure you taste each one before you leave.
