At this bustling restaurant, patrons often find a mixed bag of experiences. While the food, particularly the wood-fired pizzas, garners high praise for its flavor and unique crust, service inconsistencies can dampen the overall experience. A few guests noted disappointments with the Brussels sprouts, which were over-charred, while others highlighted excellent service from certain staff members. I am astonished that these Brussels sprouts were presented to a customer. They were charred beyond recognition—completely black and crispy. It's difficult to understand how anyone could think this was acceptable to serve. What a disappointment!
Last night we had Jay and she was incredible. She ended up taking care of our bill and refusing to let us tip because we waited for an hour for one pizza and one salad. Instead, she told us to go do something nice for someone else. When the food came it was great and we left happy.
The sauce on the pizza was a little overwhelming and covered the taste of the toppings, drinks were perfect. Inside was great and servers were attentive
Pi bites are worth the trip alone! Really nice service and plenty of free parking. Pizzas and beers on tap were great too ;
