We dined at Splendora Cafe for the first time yesterday. I ordered the fried steak, which had beef that tasted old, while my husband opted for the seafood platter. The shrimp didn’t have the right flavor, and the fish was coated in a thick, tough batter. Additionally, my potatoes were quite watery. View all feedback.

We've visited this restaurant multiple times. The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, and the portions are generous.
I've been visiting Splendora Cafe for years, as it used to be a great place to eat. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered an $18 hamburger steak, and it lacked any flavor. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to this once-favorite spot.
The chicken fried steak was a nice cut, thick and not a Grissle. It did not even seem to be salted. The engraving tasted like flour and milk with nothing else.
