What User likes about Tim Hortons:
As a regular customer at the drive-thru, I can say that the service is usually quick and the food is consistently good. My orders are typically correct as well. However, there are two minor issues to note. First, the coffee quality has declined since they changed their supplier. Second, if you want your food toasted properly, be sure to ask for it to be triple-toasted as it usually comes out only warm otherwise. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Purchased Turkey Bacon Club, Chicken Noodle Sub, Caramel Iced Coffee and then Ham and Swiss Club, Kettle Chips, Iced Coffee. She repeated the order back to us. What we received ?Iced Coffee-no flavoring, watered down COLD Soup, 2 sandwiches with NO MAYONNAISE, NO LETTUCE and NO KETTLE CHIPS. Sandwiches were dry.
