The restaurant was dirty, and the staff were unhelpful. They were unable to accommodate any gluten-free options and refused to allow us to bring in food from the store. When I asked for a double shot Americano, the staff recommended filtered coffee instead. This was a big mistake, as the coffee was lukewarm and weak.
