I ordered a green tea with lemon, but was informed they didn’t have lemon. Instead, I was given an iced tea. When I clarified that I wanted hot tea, the employee insisted I had ordered iced tea. I reiterated that I hadn’t, and she reluctantly agreed to correct the order. To top it off, the music was playing so loudly it was quite obnoxious, and the whole place could really use a thorough cleaning.
