What happened Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Accidentally, was given a chicken thigh instead of a breast. But, no biggie. Folks here are always so nice. The restaurant is always immaculate and sanitary. I highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Ample parking on either side of the restaurant. On March 26th, 2024 around 6:04 pm we went through the drive through at the Jacks in Southside, Alabama. We ordered a 1 combo with Dr. Pepper and two regular vanilla milkshakes. When I was drinking mine and got down to the last 1/3 I noticed a chunk of something in my shake.
