I have to say after ignoring the bad attitude of the manager, that she needs correction on what is good service. If she does want to work there. QUIT. The customers don't enjoy her mean expressions, comments, nor unnecessarily slow service. I hope you can change because some customers will leave when they see you through the glass door.
