This is why I've stopped coming to Chick-fil-A because lately my order is ALWAYS wrong!!! Twice in a row I've asked for a GRILLED chicken sandwich and got a regular chicken sandwich!! For one, you need to start back allowing customers to pull up to the menu to actually see what they order for themselves because these workers are clearly putting the wrong order down!!!
