Order took over 2 hours to be delivered! After 1 hour , I rang again , to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes! So after 40 minutes I rang, then the person answering, hung up. Recognised my number I expect. So then my husband rang , constantly engaged! Eventually the food turned up 2 hours 15 minutes after ordering!
