I am grateful for my neighborhood bar, el barrio, as I have seen both good and bad owners come and go. The current owners go above and beyond to ensure that all customers are satisfied. The manager, Chris, is exceptional, as are the servers. Tyler is my favorite bartender and always recommends great drinks for those unsure of what to order. This restaurant was not what we expected. We ordered tacos and they had no flavor at all, lacking any seasoning. The meat had no taste either. My husband cooks much better than that and we aren't even Mexican. The carnitas tacos were terrible and the tortilla soup was the worst thing I've ever had.
