At the River and Rowing Museum café, experiences diverge sharply, revealing a blend of highs and lows. While some visitors delight in the outdoor terrace and high-quality breakfast offerings, others lament poor service, long wait times, and inadequate hygiene practices. The café, once celebrated as the Chocolate Café, now struggles with menu transparency and child-friendly options, leading to recommendable backward comparisons. Friendly staff and gluten-free accommodations were praised, but inconsistent service and pricing left a sour taste for many. In summary, the café has potential, yet significant improvements in service and menu diversity are essential for revitalizing the dining experience.
