Staff person rude and abrupt, being spoken down to. Ordered 2 hot chocolates, 1 latte, 3 cakes and 1 Belgium hot chocolate. Order all but the BHC. After a period of time, asked at the till about the BHC, was told we didn’t order or pay for it. Had to reorder it and repay it!! When the drink arrived, we asked what happened.
