Ordered ahead on the app so I could pick up quickly, but when I got there the lobby was closed with a sign saying to go through the drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous to go through a 25 minute drive thru just to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
