The atmosphere of this little hometown place is wonderful. Depending on the waitress, the regulars are served first even if they come in after you. Food is good and priced accordingly.There is off street parking across the street and up the hill a little ways away or behind the restaurant. The place is cash only. Always has been. What Odd Axolotl doesn't like about Souderton Family:
the pancakes were really good but BEWARE, they may have 61 different omelets with mix ins but they can’t seem to grasp the idea of mixing toppings in to pancakes. I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and they just slapped the chocolate chips on top of the pancakes, not mixed in. so be warned, you may want to specify mixed in. View all feedback.
