I have not been a customer of the cafe but it looks like a lovely place to have a coffee and snack or some of the beautiful chocolates on display. I have met the master roaster on a number of occasions and he is very knowledgeable and friendly, always available to provide advice on coffee and equipment/techniques etc. I'm prefer light/medium light roasts for filter coffee so at the moment I am a big fan of Burtukaana...
