Originally starting as a one-night pop-up in Harborne, our journey led us to Henley-in-Arden for four years before finding our forever home at The Forest Hotel in Dorridge. With stage 1 of our refurbishment complete, we invite you to book a table at our Oak Room restaurant and experience it for yourself. I visited this hotel yesterday to see if they could assist me in getting a taxi. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The customer service was excellent, even though I ultimately did not make a purchase.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is incredibly attentive. I highly recommend having their Sunday lunch, it is a must-try!
Upon arriving at the restaurant in the forest, my friends and I decided to dine outside. Unfortunately, the lights were not working properly, so one of my friends tried to fix them. Despite our efforts to help, the manager accused us of tampering with the lights. I apologized on behalf of our group, even though we had not done anything wrong, and thanked him for his assistance. However, the manager reacted by shouting at us and refusing to accept our apology. This made us feel unwelcome and uneasy during our visit.
6 of us came for lunch and we all had a great time very festive and fab food
