As ski resort hotel locations go it doesn't get any better than the Edelweiss Gurgl..... the building itself is top class. The rooms are on the small size unless you premium pay but clean and comfortable. The staff range from excellent to very poor....No middle of the road.... in a hotel of this calibre and lets face it cost some staff require hospitality training. I am not going to name names. We needed a convenient lunch between ski lessons. Location wise this place fits the bill. However the waiting staff front of house (outside) were busy chatting and made no effort to find us a table - the place was of course very busy - peak time.
