Empire Ginger always serves fresh and delicious food. I only wish I had discovered them earlier! Their extensive menu features unique dishes that are consistently excellent. As someone very picky about Chinese cuisine, I can confidently say Empire Ginger ranks among the top three on Long Island. If you’re ordering delivery, you won’t get a sense of what the restaurant looks like, so here are some photos for you to decide for yourself. I didn’t eat here myself—I just picked up an order to deliver to a customer.
