The subs here are amazing! However, I ordered a 12-piece chicken around 2:45 PM today, and it was incredibly dry and rubbery. I called the restaurant hoping to resolve the issue and spoke with the manager, who assured me it was freshly made at 1 PM. I find that hard to believe.
