For a Chinese strip mall joint, this place is actually 5 stars for appearance. I had to give a neutral 3 because it is still a strip mall eatery that is meant mostly for take out. I assume people do use the lobby at lunch time to escape the heat and enjoy a meal, but this is very school house cafeteria vibes.
