The staff were friendly and polite. Easy location for travelers to pull off the highway and take a quick break from the road. Seating area is clean, bright and sunny. Bathrooms were basic but clean. Not super quick food service, but most fast-food places are not all that fast anymore. View all feedback.

I wish they were 24 hours I have a lot of family that has to travel through Smithers late especially camp workers and truck drivers no where to get a hot meal at night even 711 stops serving at 11pm. Also the food after 8pm always tastes stale and reheated. View all feedback.
