Incredible! Although short staffed and a bit of a wait the food and service was amazing! Joyce was extremely good, remembering the order instead of writing it down and provided immediate refills on our drinks! The food looked even better than the photos and it tasted so fresh! Attempted to eat here twice. Never been to this particular IHOP before. First time was a month ago — A/C was out so that was a big no considering how hot it was. Attempted again a month later. Wait time was almost 30 minutes but we were not told the wait time until I inquired about it. Seem like the AC was still out because doors were open but it wasn't too hot in there.
