The food is absolutely incredible everytime we come. And the staff is always so sweet and knowledgeable. We had the honor of having Sabrina as a server and she is an angel! Was so sweet and always checking on us and making sure we were having a good time. Her skills, knowledge, service, and conversation made the experience even better. What SabrinaB doesn't like about The Melting Pot:
We love the food at the melting pot but the service at the one in White Plains was sooo slow that it ruined a very expensive meal. When you are paying over $100/person you expect to get what you ask for like a clean glass of water and a clean plate within 20 minutes of asking. It took them almost three hours to serve 4 people dinner!! NEVER AGAIN View all feedback.
