This place has really gone down hill. No buffet, was made to order off dirty paper menu. Lo Mein was terrible; tasted bland and stale. Pepper Chicken and egg rolls were okay. Everything was served on Styrofoam plates. It doesn't appear they clean the dining room or restrooms at all. The closer you look, the more disgusting it gets.
