I would give it a 5 but one gal that said she was a manager told me my order was not ready. I was in drive thru she asked me to pull around front they 'd bring it out. I waited 20 minutes, noone no drink. I went in, she was not even there any longer. The gal behind the counter was so sweet went above beyond.
