Located in the parking lot behind the SIMSBURY Historical Society ...I had the good fortune of meeting Mike one of the food truck owners. He was kind super friendly and a helpful guide to his delicious food. My heritage is about as far as you can get from Caribbean. I thoroughly enjoyed the j pork, rice and beans, and sweet plantains.
