The accuracy of the orders is great, but the service here is quite slow. I visited twice today, and despite having many staff members on duty, the line barely budged. Both times, I noticed employees taking breaks, which only added to the long wait, while the rest seemed to be overwhelmed. It's hard to say whether it’s poor management or inadequate staffing, but I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes while being third in line.
One unfortunate lady was working hard to serve the guests inside while 6 or 7 staff members manned the drive-thru, leaving a line inside that stretched to the door. It seems the chain is more focused on drive-thru statistics than on providing good service to all customers.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of an older lady around 5 PM. Despite my polite demeanor, she was extremely disrespectful towards me. I don't know her name, but she wears glasses and is quite elderly. Because I respect older individuals, I didn't say anything to her, but I feel it's important for someone to address how she interacts with customers. Because of this experience, I won't be returning.
It can get quite busy here, which means that orders may take a little longer to be fulfilled. Other than that, everything else is satisfactory.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. An elderly lady named Divina served me coffee, but I found it to be quite unpalatable. I didn’t enjoy it at all and ended up tossing it away right away. Additionally, I had trouble understanding her accent, which made the experience even more frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this place.
