I waited outside for about an hour after their posted opening time, along with three other people, hoping to get in. I even tried knocking and someone attempted to call, but the staff ignored us. Eventually, we just gave up and left. They really need to update their business hours if they say they open at 11. People only have limited time for lunch breaks.
We have attempted to eat at this KFC multiple times on different days, but either they're completely out of food, or they close hours before the posted closing time. In my opinion, this is the worst KFC I've been to.
I live outside of simcoe, was several times at this place. expect them to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for a sandwich, even if there is no one in front of them. average waiting time for a sandwich, about 20 25 minutes. you better go to a restaurant and command yourself.
Their website says open til 9, inside was closed before 630. So I went to the drive thru that was a mistake. I got stuck in the line for over 30 minutes. This place is terrible. The management needs to be replaced in the worst way. Didn't even acknowledge that I was forced to wait. But at least the food was hot. But if you know the demographics of Simcoe, you will understand that fried chicken is a hot item in the summer months. Either get new management or close the place. Not worth anyone's time. Go to the superstore instead.
