I ordered the Shrimp and Broccoli lunch special, and it was good overall. However, who thought it was a good idea to put frozen vegetables in fried rice? That definitely needs to stop in kitchens! With the way restaurants and takeout options are these days, you might as well just cook for yourself. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated the extra egg roll, which surprisingly had three shrimp inside, so that was a nice bonus. The ladies working there were very friendly, too.
I recently moved from Philadelphia and had a hard time finding a good Chinese restaurant. Mandarin is not only acceptable, but it’s one of the best Chinese places I’ve ever been to. I’ve only tried the General Tso’s chicken and the chicken and broccoli, and both were delicious. However, their fried chicken is absolutely amazing!
Absolutely not. I have never tasted such bland food. This dish (in the photo) tastes like NOTHING. I also ordered 3 piece chicken fries with mambo sauce. Mediocre. The steak and cheese egg rolls and the shrimp egg rolls I?ve tasted much much better. I was so excited then immediately disappointed. It?s been years since I?ve had this type of food since I no longer reside in the dmv.
Owner was extremely rude when they forgot to put sauce on my food, he claimed I did not tell him to do so when I asked for a compensation because at this point, my food is cold. I can’t eat it dry. He said he can’t give anything for free. He hung up on me more than 10 times. He is extremely rude and disgusting when dealing with his customers and he should not be in business Zero stars never going again !!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The food was just ok. The beef broccoli had no flavor, the lo mein was very garlicky, and the genral tso's chicken was not spicy (but it was the best thing I got). Next time, I am going to panda express. Food: 2
