I pick up lunch from Merricks at least twice a month. Last time I ordered, there was a misunderstanding and my order was not what I wanted. No biggie! I still ate it and thought I'd mention it this time when I ordered, just so it wouldn't happen again. I got to the window and they wouldn't let me pay.
