Went during Saturday lunch hours but no tables were set up to show they were open. Instead we bought some drinks from the nice lad at the reception. Seems this place is geared towards the Chinese tourists, as the whole menu was Chinese food. Mains USD10-20. Good view though if you can ignore the intense construction on both sides of the restaurant. View all feedback.
