We stopped a little by chance on the way to Strasbourg and we were not disappointed. The dishes are tasty and rather creative. I took a salmon on a sauerkraut bed and it was excellent. The dessert was also accompanied by seasonal fruit and deserved the detour. Nice discovery and thanks to the chef for our taste buds. View all feedback.
