a little on the more expensive side, but it was delicious! my spaghetti carbonara was perfect - the sauce was creamy and rich, it is the best pasta I had in italy so far and my friend had gluten-free ragu (not pictured), but we were so happy, gluten-free options! the meat and cheese board was also super-loved the honey that came with him and the hope can not be beaten. would recommend! The service was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, resulting in looong waiting times. We had the beef tartare with Gorgonzola cream sauce, which was mediocre at best, the tagliatelle with Tuscan sausage and truffle oil (they were the only highlight) and Tuscan rolled pasta with wild boar ragout, which was ok.
