I used to eat Lou Malnati's every friday night, it's my go to pizza in Chicago. I haven't ordered in about a month. Tonight I ordered delivery, which was estimated at 6:40pm. I didn't get my order until 7:05pm, which was cold. My pizza didn't have much flavor, as if there was no salt in the sauce or dough. I'm not sure if it was an off night, or if the recipe has changed?
