This shop is a gem. Great for meeting new people, playing with friends and/or dates. Lots of free board games to try, with yummy food and drinks for those who come hungry for more than good competition. On Saturdays at 1 PM, they introduce folx to new games — alternating between new board games and new party games. There's also a D&D group that is beginning to meet on Sundays, too View all feedback.
What J K doesn't like about Athena Board Game Cafe:
Food was good, and the game selection is nice. But didn't expect to pay $5/person for playing a game of dice while we ate. There's no sign and the employee said nothing until he rang me and my wife up. A little disappointed by the fact that a small lunch cost over $30, with a 1/3 being what feels like a hidden fee.
