I have tried most of the pastries and cakes. Every time I buy a sliced of cake, I’m always disappointed cos it is overly sweet. Cakes are tasty but the sweetness overpowers the flavor. Hope, the chef will cut down the amount of sugar. View all feedback.
I had to return to sample more of their desserts! Personally, I believe the Napoleon is one of my favorites on their menu. In fact, it's the best Napoleon I've had in the entire DMV area. It was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too creamy. The pistachio éclair was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but it was still enjoyable!
The delightful éclair took us back to Paris, France, right here from Connecticut! We also sampled the dreamy Dulce de Leche cookie. The only letdown was the extremely burnt Elephant Ear, also known as Palmier. It seems the pastry chef might have been distracted while kissing someone too long, resulting in a batch that got a bit too crispy!
The eclairs here are incredible! We tried a seasonal special: a pumpkin eclair, along with pistachio and berry cheesecake. I also enjoyed a pumpkin chai latte that was both sweet and delicious!
