Food was over an hour late and when I called to ask about the status of the food was met with a poor attitude. Food finally arrived and was cold, some of it flavorless and all of it soggy. I get that they were slammed and that happens but maybe when that happens the customer should receive a partial refund or at the least, not have to deal with poor attitudes when calling the restaurant.
