I really like the smoothies and food from Tropical Smoothie. :The reason for 4 stars is simply because the wait times are often high. Even when it's just a couple of cars in line, you usually sit for a while which can be frustrating. Stopped by here today, had to wait 12 minutes at speaker before someone ever spoke to me. Charged me an extra .50 for splenda substitute. I left without anything, will not be back, will continue to go to the JFK location. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I wasted half of my lunch hour to end up with nothing.
